Our doors include easy-to-hang door hinges for quick installation. Align the barrel of the lower hinge plate on the door with the pivot shaft of the lower hinge plate on the frame and lower the door (Photo 1). While pulling down the pivot shaft of the upper hinge plate on the door, align its barrel with the barrel of the upper hinge plate on the frame and release the pivot shaft. Lower the special cover on the upper hinge plate on the foor to complate hangin the door (Photo 2).
Up and Down Adjustment
Rotate the top of the lower hinge barrel on the door with a philips head screwdriver to adjust the vertical clearance between the door and the frame within a range of 6mm.
Left and Right Adjustment
Rotate the screws in the center of each hinge plate on the frame with a Phillips head screw driver to adjust the horizontal clearance between the door and the frame within a range of 5mm.
Front and Back Adjusment
Adjust the clearance between the door and the door stopper within a range of 3mm.
